Sutherland is a global, experience-led digital transformation partner - reimagining operations and customer journeys for brands worldwide. My work supported the EMEA market across campaigns and internal initiatives, translating complex services into clear, modern visuals that scale from social to enterprise.
Over three fruitful years, I produced a myriad of social media, digital, print, presentation, web, and layout designs for Sutherland. Deliverables ranged from employer-branding assets and event kits to CX/technology storytelling, pitch decks, and recruiting campaigns for the Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv, and Burgas hubs. The aim: keep messaging consistent, human, and on-brand while reflecting Sutherland’s role in experience-led digital transformation.
I also helped shape the employer branding strategy and design system for Sutherland Bulgaria - EVP storytelling, recruitment campaigns, career content modules, event toolkits, and scalable templates. Under my design direction, and working tightly with the marketing team, the Bulgaria organization won multiple employer branding awards, recognizing consistency, craft, and measurable impact.
One of the key takeaways for me is that clarity wins in complex categories: concise hierarchy, disciplined grids, and accessible visuals help audiences grasp transformation themes likes AI, automation, omnichannel CX, without jargon. Partnering closely with regional teams ensured cultural fit and measurable outcomes, while templates and component libraries kept production fast and on-brand across touchpoints.
Working across multiple stakeholders - global marketing, HR, delivery, and legal, elevated my work ethic to better align priorities, reconcile conflicting feedback, and manage last-minute compliance edits without slipping timelines.
